About Me

Hi everyone! Thank you for visiting my site.

Profile Picture

My name is Chikako Christine Siebers. I provide holistic health counseling to clients anywhere in the world. I am also passionate about inspiring people with healthy, easy-to-make recipes that are free from gluten and meat.  My mission is to assist people in finding a path to get healthier and happier.

I used to be a sedentary workaholic who was glued to a computer screen 15 hours a day, 6 – 7 days a week. The word “exercise” didn’t exist in my dictionary. The excessive stress from overwork and my personal life coupled by lack of exercise accumulated over the years and eventually affected my health.  I ended up with very large uterine fibroids and having hysterectomy in 2006. I then struggled with post-op weight gain and hormonal imbalance. One day, the light bulb went off in my head and I said to myself that I needed to do something and treat my body better. I began exercising everyday and soon became a fitness freak. I am now a huge fan of Beachbody home fitness programs.

I also began to have profound interest in spiritual practices, metaphysics and energy work and incorporated meditation in my life. I studied various healing systems and became a certified practitioner of Reiki, Kundalini Reiki, medical intuitive healing, Reconnective Healing, akashic record reading, and many more. For a short time, I worked professionally as an energy worker providing Reconnective Healing sessions. I realized, however, that being a healer was not what I supposed to be. I rather wanted to help people make changes in their lifestyle on their own.

I went back to school and earned master’s degree in nutrition. I am currently a student at Institute for Integrated Nutrition to learn holistic nutrition and counseling. I am also working with a holistic doctor/nutritionist to further expand my knowledge.

Nothing makes me happier if I can inspire people to eat and cook healthier meals, start doing more exercise, and and treat their body with more love. Thank you for reading my story.

With much love and gratitude,

Chikako
