Vegan Creamy Pear and Macadamia Nut Salad Dressing

Here is a salad dressing you can make in 5 minutes in a blender that is very versatile. It is very refreshing. For the salad in this picture, I used tomatoes, daikon radish, avocado, pea sprouts, and nori seaweed strips, but please feel free to use this dressing for any green salads or other types of salads.


1/2 cup pear, peeled, cored, and diced (1 small pear)
1/4 cup macadamia nuts
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp vinegar (I used champagne wine vinegar)
Pinch salt


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until it becomes smooth and creamy.
  2. If it’s too thick, dilute with water.
  3. Infuse love and enjoy with any salads you can think of.

Yield: 1/2 cup


Daikon Salad (in the picture)


2 inches daikon radish, spiraled or shredded
2 small tomatoes, sliced
1/2 avocado, sliced
1/4 cup pea sprouts
Some nori seaweed strips for topping (optional)

Arrange all the vegetables on a large plate and serve with the dressing.
