Broccoli with Mustard Soy Sauce

It takes only 10 minutes to create this dish when you need a quick side dish. It is also budget friendly. The Chinese mustard gives you a little kick, so please adjust its amount.

1 stem broccoli, cut into florets
1/3 red pepper, sliced thin
2 tsp tamari soy sauce
1/2 tsp Chinese mustard
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp filtered water
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds (optional)

  1. Boil water in a medium sauce pan and boil broccoli florets for a minute or so. Don’t overcook! Immediately submerge them in cold water.
  2. In a bowl, mix tamari, mustard, vinegar and water.
  3. Add cooked broccoli, red pepper and sesame seeds and mix.
  4. Infuse love and serve!
